Yariv Reches, CEO and Co-Founder
Prior to joining Arcos since 2002, Yariv served as Head of Business Development and General Administrator of a Startup Company – "FreeMyVision LTD.", developing advanced multimedia center Set-Top box and Interactive TV applications. From 1998 to 2002, he served in "EPS – Tech",
System house for communication and microcomputers Turn Key systems, where his
last position was IT Manager after serving as Operation and Engineering Manager.
During 1991 - 1998 he served as General Manager in "Vertigo", a production and events center. Yariv took part in all phases of the establishment of Vertigo, from placing the infrastructure through building of the operational strategy of all departments and with time, creating a powerful and growing business.
Yariv holds a B.Sc degree in IT and Management Engineer.
Avi Eliyahu, CTO and Co-Founder
Before joining Arcos, Avi provided development services for companies in the Israeli digital TV market called "TVGate" and "Goome". Prior to that, Avi Founded and served as R&D Team leader of a Startup Company – "FreeMyVision LTD." developing advanced multimedia Set-Top box and Interactive TV applications. Since 1997 Avi served as a software engineer for "Comverse Infosys" (which later on became Verint) developing audio recording systems for the call center market.

Mr. Eran Bendoly
Eran Bendoly has over 12 years of experience in the high tech industry, serving in executive positions in finance and operations. Mr. Bendoly was the driving force behind the formation of Xenia with Novacom and the privatization of the Kiryat Gat incubator, where he serves as Managing Partner.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Bendoly was the Director of Finance for Europe,
Middle-East and Africa operations of "Mindspeed Technologies., a division of "Connexant
Systems Inc.". In this capacity, Mr. Bendoly was responsible for all operational
and financial aspects related to the divestiture of the Mindspeed division
of Connexant in Europe and Israel. This included leading a team of local finance
managers in the creation of eight new Mindspeed entities across Europe and
Israel.
Before joining Mindspeed, Mr. Bendoly served in senior managerial positions in
the Novacom/Novanet group, and performed a principal role as the group's CFO
in all of the group's fund raisings, including an $8 million investment by
Ericsson (the first investment by Ericsson in an Israeli start-up); the decision
and actual spin-off of Novanet from Novacom; and Novanet's sale in September
2000 to Conexant Systems for $145 million, after leading negotiations with
several multi-national corporations.
Prior to the establishment of Novanet, Mr. Bendoly was Vice President of Finance and Operations for Novacom Technologies, where he was responsible for all finance and operational activities of Novacom and its US subsidiary, Mr. Bendoly took a leading part in the growth of the company from a five-person start-up to an entity of over 40 employees, and together with Novacom's CEO, Avishay Noam, initiated the spin-off of Novanet from Novacom.
Mr. Bendoly holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Business Management from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an MBA, Cum Laude, from K.U Leuven in Belgiumand serves on the Board of Directors of Camtek (NASDAQ CMTK).
Ms. Anat Segal
Anat Segal has over 14 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic
business development. Ms. Segal specializes in strategic and financial business
planning, business development and capital raising, including public offerings,
venture capital financing, and mergers and acquisitions – with a strong emphasis
on high-tech companies in various stages of development.
Ms. Segal has been actively involved in the initiation and execution of numerous IPOs on the NASDAQ, Tel Aviv and European stock exchanges, M&A transactions of Israeli technology companies, as well as in raising capital for private companies from top tier VCs and strategic investors.
In the past four years, Ms. Segal ran her independent management services and investment-banking boutique, which has accumulated a portfolio of over 20 clients and over US $100 million in funding and business transactions. Clients, ranging from seed stage to publicly traded companies, include Actelis Networks, E4X, Telrad-Connegy, Genoa Color Technologies, Lambda Crossing, Kardan Technologies, Veon and others. Ms. Segal also serves on the boards of directors of several public companies, including Attunity (NASDAQ: ATTU) Orad, (London & Frankfurt) Marathon Venture Capital Fund (TASE) and Priortech (TASE).
Prior to establishing her advisory practice on January 2000, Ms. Segal was Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance at Tamir Fishman & Co., then Israeli strategic affiliate of Hambrecht & Quist (which later merged with Chase JP Morgan). Other positions held by her include VP of Investment Banking at Robertson Stephens/Evergreen, the Israeli practice of Robertson Stephens & Co (a joint venture with Evergreen Capital Fund). From 1990 to 1995, Ms. Segal worked for the Bank Hapoalim Group International Division and for its Investment Banking, Poalim Capital Markets.
Ms. Segal holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management as well as an L.L.B. - all from the Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Yossi Korakin, Co-Founder
VideoCodes co-founding, Prior Yossi was the VP of R&D in Meicom, a major player in the digital video industry, recently acquired by DSPG (NASD: DSPG). Prior to Meicom, Yossi headed the R&D access MUX business of Tadiran Telecom, an Israeli telecom equipment provider (NASD: TTELF). Yossi is an expert in the human-eye physiology and its implications to digital video visual effects and holds 2 patents in this field. Yossi spent 6 years in an elite technology unit of the Israeli Army as a technical team leader.
