Content flow
The HVN authentic TS are distributed through the coax home wiring to the peripheral STBs at home. The HVN TS is combined with incoming TS from a cable operator source and handled by the STBs as an authentic DVB-C/ATSC TS; the signal is processed according to the standard procedures and presented to the viewer.

Control and command
The HVN module maintains a two-way communication with the peripherals Set-top boxes for user control requests (RCC-Radio Communication Channel). RCC adapters will be attached to the STBs’ communication ports (RS232, or Modem) to support the RCC networking.
